Because they are sold in huge quantities they are relatively cheap when compared to cctv specific monitors. 22 inch LCD televisions are available for well under £200 these days from any number of high street retailers.
The one downside to a television is that it`s unlikely to have a BNC input suitable for your cctv`s DVR to monitor lead, we sell a couple of easy solutions. If your television has a phono input for video then you can use this BNC to phono adaptor.
Simply plug the adaptor into the television and attach the DVR to monitor lead. That`s all there is to it.
