Goods supplied correctly can only be returned to us providing we are notified via email within 7 days of their receipt. You must email us at our returns address : email@example.com
. You will be given a returns reference number. Providing items have not been fitted or used and are returned back to us undamaged, in their original packaging
we will refund their purchase price excluding delivery.
Postage costs for returns must be paid for by you and damage whilst in transit to us is at your risk. Please write your returns reference number clearly on the outside of your parcel. We can not accept returns without a returns reference.
Specially ordered items or made to measure items are not included in these conditions and will be dealt with on a case by case basis at the time of order. We do not operate a "stock on approval" or "sale or return" policy.

. You will be issued with a fault reference number. Return the item to us. Providing a fault is found and there are no signs of misuse we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion, the guarantee period will continue from the original purchase date and all re-delivery costs will be covered by us.
We guarantee all our products for a period of 1 year from purchase. This guarantee does not cover misuse or tampering in any way. To avoid confusion cutting off factory fitted connectors or terminals constitutes misuse. There are no user serviceable parts inside any of our cameras. We do not cover damage caused through the use of any power supply other than one purchased from ourselves.
Infra-red LEDs - our guarantee does not extend to individual Infra-red LEDs fitted to night time cameras providing their failure does not materially affect the basic functionality of the camera.
Where ever possible we aim to deliver your items the next working day providing they are ordered before 2.00pm using a specialist courier company. This includes free delivery when offered. Where packaging is received in a damaged condition it should be noted as such when signing for it's receipt. If a package can not be delivered because there is no one to sign for it's receipt a message will be left at the property and a further attempt made at a later time by arrangement. Any instructions to "leave with a neighbour", "leave under the porch" or similar are done so at your risk.
Orders to the UK`s extremities such as the Highlands and Islands may not reach you next day but you will no doubt already used to that! We will get it there as soon as we can. There may be a delivery surcharge for remote areas depending on the value of the order. Call us first on 01895 233311.
